This is kept for internal record keeping and to access your suitability for a rental property.

we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or required by law to do so.

You have the right to access, correct and restrict the personal information we use. You also have the right to complain to us and the data protaction regulator.

Updates to our privacy policy

This privacy policy was updates May 2023 and may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. Any significant changes to our privacy policy will be adviced when most recently upated.


Complaints procedure


We are committed to providing a professional service to all of our clients.

If you have a complaint please put it in writing including as much detail as possible. We will respond in writing in line with the timeframes set out bellow:


We will send an acknowledgement receipt within 3 working days of recieving it.


We will investigate your complaint and a formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.


If you are still not satisfied with our in house procedure (or more than 8 weeks has elapsed since the complaint was first made) you can request an independant review from The Property Ombudsman without charge.
