8. Remittance of funds direct to your bank within 10 days

12. Payment of accounts from rent account
13. Organise annual Gas Safety Check and Service
14. Organise Electrical Inspection Condition Report
15. Organise Energy Performance Certificate
16. Organise Legionella Risk Assessment if applicable
17. Optional rental guarantee insurance every 12 months

• Covers £2500 rent per month upto £10,000 or equivalent of 12 months rent until vacant possession
• Upto £100,000 of legal expense cover to gain vacant possession for non payment of rents
